Worcester Festival has arrived, and Friary Walk is right at the heart of it!

Chapel & Friary Walk are proud sponsors of Worcester Festival 2026, taking place from 21–31 August.

There’s something happening throughout the Festival, with crafts, face painting, competitions, potions, a summer fete and plenty of Percy the Peacock mischief. And don’t forget – the Worcester Festival Tombola will be at The POD every day!

🦚 Percy’s all over the shop!

And the fun isn’t confined to The POD!

Throughout the Festival, take on the FREE Chapel & Friary Walk Percy Trail and hunt down Percy’s cheeky face hiding in 20 shops.

Complete the trail and you could win a one-hour bounce session at The Buzz Worcester for up to six people.

You can also pick up a Colour-in Percy sheet and create your own technicolour peacock. Entries are split into three age categories, with a Paint-Your-Own-Pottery session for four at the Museum of Royal Worcester up for grabs.

 

🎶 And follow the music to Chapel Walk!

There’s even more Festival fun just around the corner at The Step in Chapel Walk, with FREE live music every day throughout Worcester Festival. From singers and choirs to ukulele clubs and local performers, grab a seat in the courtyard, enjoy lunch, coffee or a drink from one of Chapel Walk’s restaurants and cafés, and soak up the Festival atmosphere. 🎵☀️

With so much happening, Friary Walk makes the perfect starting point – or pit stop – for a Festival day.

Take a breather with coffee and something delicious from Pretty Good Coffee or Boston Tea Party, browse the shops, pick up those last-minute summer or back-to-school essentials, then head back out for your next Worcester Festival adventure.
